The strongly preferred way to submit your paper is via this form. Follow the instructions, step-by-step, and then use the submit button at the bottom of the form. (Instructions for alternative methods of submission can also be found at the bottom of the form.)

Please don't submit your paper before you are ready; your submission will not go through until you provide all the required information. Once your submission is successful you should soon receive an email acknowledgement.

  • We can accept PostScript(preferred) or PDF formats, in dialects created by most contemporary document preparation tools, for either USLetter (8.5"x11") or A4 page sizes.
  • The file can also be compressed in any standard format, with its appropriate MIME extention (ps.gz for gzipped postscript, ps.Z for compressed postscript and ps.zip).

Abstract:
Cut and paste the abstract of your paper. Plain text is preferred but use of basic TeX commands is acceptable.

Comments:
Please add any comments you deem important. In particular, authors who wish to direct their submission to a particular editorial board member should so indicate by selecting a board member's name below.

Please don't submit your paper before you are ready; we would rather not have to deal with revisions of already submitted papers.

If for any reason the above does not work out, we ask you to send an email letter of submission including the authors' names and the title of your paper, together with a postscript (.ps) file (preferred) or a portable document format (.pdf) file of the paper to:
